Welcome to CKG Security and Alarms, LLC's website, known here-within as "Website".  By using this website, you agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page and all other pages through this website.

You must be eighteen (18) years or older to purchase any items or services on this Website.  When you purchase from this Website, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.

Web Site Errors

In this imperfect world, errors will and does happen.  All availability and prices may change without notice.  We reserve the rights to not honor any errors found on this website either it being our mistake or yours at any time through out the ordering process and after the ordering process, including but not limited to before and after order has been submitted, before and after your order has been confirmed, and before and after your payment has been approved.  If payment processed already, we will credit back your account.  Your form of payment company will determine when those funds will be available to you.

If you receive an error message below stating something like you "This page has been protected by the store owner. You do not currently have access, please contact the store owner for instructions on how to obtain access," it is because your registration has not been reviewed or approved yet.

Policy for Sales Tax

We reserve the right to charge sales tax as required by law in the United States of America.  For you are Tax Exempt, you will have an opportunity to enter your TAX ID during your registration process in order not to be charge sales tax.  We may charge sales tax without notice if laws governing online sales tax should change.

Item Pictures and Accuracy

Item pictures are either stock pictures, actual pictures of the item or pictures provided by our suppliers.  We cannot guarantee that the picture you see or the color of the item is what you will be getting in any way at any time.  Color variations can be caused by your computer monitor or any other display device you may be using this Website with.  At times, my supplier may change the item's color, packaging and content without notice.  If you need to verify 100% any accuracy of any item, please contact us before purchasing.

At times, some of the boxes may be distress from being in storage and a mired of many other reasons.  Please note that this is beyond our control and we try our best to send out the best looking boxes, but we do guarantee that the items in side the box are in mint condition.  If any box is a little distress, we reserve the right to open and check the content of the box.  If the content is not in mint condition, we will contact you immediately to see how you would like us to proceed with the order.  Once in a while, one slips through the system, but we will take care of that immediate.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not fully satisfied that your product is in good working order, I will take back the item and provide a shipping label for you to ship back at no extra cost to you (if requested by you).  Once I get it in, I will ship you out a replacement, if available, or offer you a store credit (via coupon) for the price of the item.

Free Shipping on Most Orders
We are offering free shipping on most orders with the continental United States of America (USA), some exception applies.  We also offer other shipping options if you need them, but you will pay published price if you select any other shipping option besides Free Shipping, no exceptions.  When shipping free, we reserve the right to ship to you the most economical way possible to us. 

Payment of Order and Order Acceptance

There are several form of payment we accept.  These include, but are limited to, most major credit cards, other third party payment company, Paypal, or Zelle.  When paying via Zelle, payment must be received within 1 business day of placing order and we reserve the write to not ship any or all items until after payment clears which may take up to but not limited to 2 weeks.  If you have any questions about paying for your order, please contact us before placing your order.  We reserve the right to reject any or all orders without reason or explanation even after payment has been processed as we see fit.  We will notify you via your registered email at our Website if order non-acceptance would occur.

Policy for Charging Credit Card on File

A feature we offer to help reduce the burden of placing orders and having to enter Credit Card (CC) information over and over is to allow us to charge your CC on file.  To charge your CC on file means to charge the last credit card that you have used in the pass on our website where you manually entered the account number and expiration date, which has not expired.  If you have a different CC you wish to use from a previous order, email or text us the last 4 digits of the CC we should use and the expiration date.  Please do so promptly, like right after placing or even before placing the order, so we are aware of which CC to use.  If you wish to use a new / different CC all together, email us and we will give you instructions on how to send the CC securely to protect yourself and us from any unwarranted charges on your CC if the message is intercepted.  Please use your wise discretion when transmitting CC information to us.  We should not be held liable in any way, shape or form for lost or stolen CC information not transmitter in a secure and approved form specified by us.

Upon check-out if you select to the Charge CC on File option, then we will use the last CC you used.  If your CC is denied, we will attempt one more time to process the payment within 24 hours of trying to process the payment the first time, most and likely the next business day.  If you select the Charge CC on File option, we charge your CC but if this action has caused you to go over your credit limit, we should not be held responsible in any which way, shape or form for this action or any fees by your CC company, attorney, collection agency, court cost, travel cost, lost of work, etc, that this over the limit situation may have caused.  So it is up to you to verify and confirm with your CC company that you have sufficient available credit on your CC before placing your order.  Please contact if you have any questions about this before placing an order.

Other ways to use this feature includes, emailing or texting us an order and requesting Charge CC on File payment options in the email or text.  Once you have placed the order, we take that as a confirmation that the order is complete and accurate and that we have your permission to charge your CC on file.  We will always email or text you back the total and letting you know that your CC has been charged after the payment has been processed.  Same disclaimer applies for over the credit limit as stated in paragraph above.

At times, we may need to email, call or text you to verify an order and ask for the last 4 digits of the CC we will be charging and maybe the expiration date.  We will do this at our discretion.

Policy for Back-order

We are not great believers of back-orders.  We only list items that are available for shipment within 10 business days of placing order.  If for some reason, we do a mistake in the available quantities of an item(s), we would inform you immediately to take the next course of action.  We do apologize for any inconvenience and will try to remedy this situation as soon as possible.

Policy for Returns

In order to make a return, please contact us for further details.  We normally only accept returns for defective NEW items only unless the wrong item was shipped to you.  Any other return must be approved by us and we will only offer merchandise credit towards a future purchase.   All NEW items come with a 1 - year replacement warranty from us, not the manufacturer. 

Although we believe that all our PREOWNED items are in working condition, there is no way we can test each one, hence all PREOWNED items are SOLD AS IT.  If you do get a defective PREOWNED item, contact us to see if we can work something out.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to get product back to us unless we shipped you the wrong product in error.

Policy for Shipping

Most items ship within 0 to 48 hours after payment has cleared.  We reserve the right to ship items up to 10 business days after payment clears.  We would do our best to contact you if this should happen.  After the 10 business day, we would contact your to see how to proceed with your order.

During the check out process, you will have the opportunity to select different shipping options.  At this time, it is up to you to determine if you wish to insure your items.  We should not be held responsible for any items damage or lost while in transit with shipping carriers.  Once your order has left our facility, all responsibility of your order lies between you and the carrier.  If you have a claim for loss or damaged merchandise and the items were insured, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, not ours in any way, form or shape.  If you choose not to insure your order, we should not be held liable in any way once the order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carriers.

Warranty

All NEW items have a 1 - Year Warranty from shipment date of products order, directly from us, not the manufacturer.  Our warranty will be over full replacement of all units, once confirmed after inspection that it's a manufacturer's defect and not installation fault that caused the damages to the unit.  We reserve the right to reject warranty if we deem the item to have been mishandled and deface by you in any way.  All items returned for warranty, must be return in their original packaging with all paper work as applicable.  If replacement of unit is not available (i.e. out of stock or no longer manufactured, etc), we will provide a merchandise credit towards future purchase only.

All PREOWNED / USED items are SOLD AS IS, no exceptions. 
Although we believe that all our PREOWNED items are in working condition, there is no way we can test each one, hence all PREOWNED items are SOLD AS IT.  If you do get a defective PREOWNED item, contact us to see if we can work something out, but no guarantees that we will work something out.

All transformer and batteries (even in new items) are not warrantied and SOLD AS IS.

Newsletters

We currently use a third party newsletter service where you can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time.  Our newsletters are used to send out list of available alarm items only.  We do not use our newsletters to market anything else but our products.  Once your registration to our website is approved, we place you on our newsletter group.  Please contact us if you have any question on our newsletter as we are just starting to use a third party newsletter service.

Closure of Website

We reserve the right to close any part or all of this website at any time and without notice.  If any orders are pending / in processing, we will do our best to fill the order or provide a refund as agreed by both parties.

Liability Limitations

CKG Security and Alarms, LLC and any of its employees, officers, directors, suppliers, agents, customers, contractors, designers, affiliates, etc should be held responsible for damages or liability to you from using any or all of our products in any way, shape or form.  We do not guarantee that this website the availability and accuracy of this Website in any way, shape or form.  All advice or warranty via email, this Website, facsimile or any other communication media is NOT warrantied by this Website.

Usage of items -
It is up to you, not us, to find out if what you are about to do is within code of your local and state regulations.  We should not be held responsible for any work done by you in any way when using the equipment we sell.  Usage of items outside the United States of America is governed by that country's laws and regulations.  Again, it is up to the customer to abide by those laws.  We should not be held responsible in any way, shape or form for misuse and non-compliance of items by the customer.
